Allahabad University admission 2021 begins; Know how to apply for UGAT

Allahabad University has commenced admission for various undergraduate courses through UGAT 2021. The last date to apply for admission is October 3.

NEW DELHI: The Allahabad University has started the admission process for various undergraduate programmes for the session 2021-22. The university takes admission through an undergraduate aptitude test (UGAT).

The last date to apply for Allahabad University admission 2021 is October 3. The eligibility criteria to apply for admission is a minimum of Class 12 passing certificate or an equivalent state board certificate.

Students who qualify UGAT 2021 will be able to get admissions to various UG courses including BA, BSc, BCom, Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA), and Bachelor of Performing Arts (BPA).

How to apply for UGAT 2021

• Visit the official website of Allahabad University - allduniv.ac.in
• Click on the admission link available on the home page
• Fill the registration form using your name, father’s name, mother’s name, nationality, mobile number, email id, gender, and date of birth
• The registration number and password will be sent to the provided mobile number
• Fill the application form by entering the credentials
• Upload a photograph and signature
• Submit the fee
• Take a printout of the form for future reference

While the registration fees for Unreserved, EWS and OBC category is Rs 800, the registration fee for SC, ST or PH is Rs 400.

The candidates will be able to view their answer sheet within one month from the declaration of results by paying a fee of Rs 100.

“In case if the number of registered candidates at any of the examination centres is less than 100 (One Hundred), then in such case the registered candidates will be allotted the nearest centre,” the official statement from Allahabad University said.

The duration of UGAT 2021 is two-hours. Each candidate will have to answer 150 objective-type questions that will include English or Hindi, general awareness, general mental ability, and subject questions.

UGAT 2021 will be conducted at Prayagraj, Lucknow, Kanpur, Gorakhpur, Varanasi, Bareilly, Azamgarh in Uttar Pradesh and Patna, Bhopal, New Delhi, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur and Thiruvanthpuram.
