CBSE Term 1 Exam 2021: Evaluate Class 10, 12 OMRs based on answer key, board tells schools
CBSE Class 10, 12 term 1 exam 2021: The board has asked the evaluators to check or evaluate the OMRs according to the answer keys provided to them.
NEW DELHI: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has today issued an important notice on CBSE Class 10, 12 term 1 exam questions and answer key. The board has asked the evaluators to check/evaluate the OMRs according to the answer keys provided to them.
In the recent notice, the CBSE said, “Although every possible care is taken by the Board, there may still be a possibility of some ambiguity in questions or discrepancy in answer keys. However, the Board has a well settled system to address such issues. Therefore, it is informed that the evaluators may check/evaluate the OMRs according to the answer keys provided to them.”
Further, the board has also asked the schools to send the feedback and discrepancies in the question paper or answer keys if any after the CBSE Class 10, 12 term 1 exams 2021.
CBSE also assured that “the observations or feedback received will be duly considered on the recommendation of subject experts at the time of preparation of results so that no student is put to any disadvantage.”
The CBSE is currently conducting the Class 10 term 1 board exam and Class 12 term 1 board exam 2021. This year, the CBSE board exam 2021 pattern had been changed. The CBSE term 1 exam 2021 is based on objective type questions where answers are to be marked on an OMR sheet. As per the new pattern, the OMR sheets are also being evaluated on the same day of exam.
CBSE Class 10 term 1 exam 2021 for major exams started on November 30. While CBSE Class 12 exam for major subjects began from December 1, 2021. The board conducted the CBSE Class 12 English paper today at 11:30 am to 1 pm. Now, OMR sheets will be checked by exam centres using CBSE 12th English answer key 2021 term 1 and correct options will be uploaded on the CBSE portal.
