NEW DELHI: The Union Public Service Commission will announce the CDS 01/2021 result soon. Candidates who appeared in the CDS 2021 exam conducted on February 7, 2021, will be able to check their results at upsc.gov.in. The CDS result 2021 will be released in PDF format, one will contain a short notice and roll number of all the qualified candidates, while the other result of CDS 2021 will have the name of all qualified candidates.

The UPSC CDS result PDF will have the list of qualified candidates in all three units - Indian Army - IMA (Indian Military Academy), INA (Indian Naval Academy), AFA (Air Force Academy) and Officers Training Academy (OTA).

What after the CDS 01/2021 written result is declared?

Candidates who qualify in the written result of CDS 2021 will be eligible to appear for the Services Selection Board (SSB). The CDS SSB is a two-phased interview, intelligence and group testing activity, where candidates are tested on various parameters like psychology test, picture perception, descriptive tests etc. Those who qualify in the SSB are finally recruited for the vacant posts. UPSC will release the final result of CDS 2021 after the SSB is done.

Background of UPSC CDS 01/ 2021

UPSC released the notification and application form of CDS 01 2021 on October 28, 2021. CDS is conducted by UPSC twice a year to recruit candidates for officer posts into the Indian Defense Forces.
