NEW DELHI: Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow has decided to do away with the written aptitude test for the upcoming academic session due to the countrywide lockdown imposed because of COVID 19. While the weightage that is given to other parameters will remain the same, now the remaining candidates will have to just appear for the personal interview, the dates of which will be intimated to the candidates.

Note: IIM Lucknow has categorically stated in the revised admission criteria that the change is applicable for the batch of 2020-2022.
Minimum Qualifying Marks required in Personal Interview
Candidates who have or will appear in the personal interview will have to score at least 12 marks out of 40. Those who fail to score the minimum qualifying marks in a personal interview, their name will not be included in the final merit list of candidates who will be offered admission.
Impact Of COVID 19
The Indian government had announced the second lockdown from April 15 to May 3 due to the deadly nature of Coronavirus. The government has urged the people to remain at home and none of the public means of transportation are operational. The first announcement of the lockdown was made on March 24 by the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
