CTET result 2023 out; minimum qualifying marks
The CBSE said 15,01,719 candidates had registered for CTET 2023 paper 1 and 14,02,184 candidates for CTET 2023 paper 2.

NEW DELHI: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has uploaded the result of Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2023 on the official website, ctet.nic.in. A total of 29 lakh students can now check the CTET 2023 result.
The board informed that 15,01,719 candidates had registered for CTET paper 1 and 14,02,184 candidates for CTET paper 2. Candidates clearing the paper 1 will be eligible for teaching jobs from Classes 1 to 5 while those passing the paper 2 can apply for Classes 6 to 8 jobs.
The candidates of unreserved category will have to get 60% i.e. 90 marks out of 150 to clear the examination. Those from OBC, SC and ST categories will have to get 82 marks i.e. 55% marks to pass the examination.
CTET 2023: No negative marking
The board will award one mark for every correct answer and no mark will be deducted for a wrong answer. The CTET 2023 score card will be valid for lifetime for all categories. Candidates clearing the examination can also appear in the subsequent CTET exams for improving their scores. Also, there is no restriction on the number of attempts a person can take for acquiring a CTET certificate.

The CBSE will upload the digital mark sheets and eligibility certificates on DigiLocker accounts of each candidate. CBSE will send the details of DigiLocker accounts on the registered mobile number of candidates.
