NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the registration window for the Common University Entrance Test for Undergraduate (CUET UG) 2023 today, March 30, 2023. Eligible and interested students who have not registered yet can apply for CUET 2023 for admission to central, state, private, and deemed universities on the official website – cuet.samarth.ac.in till 9:50pm.

NTA extended the registration deadline from March 11 to March 30 as more universities joined the list of universities adopting CUET. 206 universities including 44 central universities and 33 state universities have opted for the entrance test.

CUET UG will be conducted in three shifts this year instead of two, University Grants Commission (UGC) chairman M Jagadesh Kumar informed earlier. Till March 15, over 11 lakh students had registered for CUET UG 2023.

How to apply for CUET UG 2023

  • Visit the NTA CUET official website, cuet.samarth.ac.in 2023.
  • Click on the “Register” option on the homepage.
  • Enter basic details to create registration number and password.
  • Login using the credentials provided and enter personal, academic details.
  • Upload scanned images of candidate’s photograph, signature and category certificate, and PwBD Certificate wherever applicable.
  • Pay the requisite examination fee through online mode.
  • Review the CUET application form and “Submit”.

Those candidates who have already submitted their CUET application form 2023 are eligible to choose more subjects, courses and universities. The candidates who have already selected 10 subjects can replace or remove their earlier chosen test papers. However, additional non-refundable fees for selecting more subjects will have to be paid by candidates.

NTA will open the CUET UG 2023 correction window from April 1 to April 3. The CUET 2023 exam city slip will be released on the official website, cuet.samarth.ac.in on April 30, as per the schedule.
