NEW DELHI: The Delhi University offers admission to BA Programme on the basis of cut-offs, or minimum scores in board exams, that are announced by the colleges affiliated to the DU.

The first cut-off list for admission to various undergraduate courses offered by DU will be released on October 1, as per PTI report.

Last year, the colleges with the overall highest DU cut-offs for various BA Programmes were Miranda House with 98.75%, Hindu college, Indraprastha college (women) and Kirori Mal college with cut-offs above 95%.

Under the BA Programme, students have to select one compulsory language subject (English or Hindi) along with one discipline subject out of economics, history, political science, philosophy and others. Along with these subjects, students also study various other subjects distributed throughout the semesters.
