DU SOL to conduct PCP classes through Microsoft Teams account

NEW DELHI: The School of Open Learning, Delhi University has decided to organize the Personal Contact Programme (PCP) classes through Microsoft Teams account to avoid the disruption of academic counselling sessions.

The online PCP classes or academic counselling sessions will be conducted, in accordance with the course schedule in different phases. The schedule will be made available on the student dashboard 24 hrs prior to the commencement of online classes.

The e-mail ID and passwords have been sent to both students and faculties. The login credentials are also uploaded on the student dashboard.

Students who have received the e-mail ID and login password through SMS have to step down some process before attending the online PCP classes through Microsoft Teams account. The communication platform is available in Google Playstore for mobile, laptop and desktop users.

SOL has tied up with Microsoft 365 to conduct online PCP classes with the help of Microsoft Teams.

Earlier, the academic counselling sessions were suspended by the university to prevent the spread of COVID-19 outbreak.
