To know about the details of fees, candidates should visit the official website of the allotted NLU.
Apply for upgrade
Candidates may apply for an upgrade if they want to change their allotted NLU. In this case, the candidate will accept the allotted seat and also apply for an upgrade option in the next round of allotment which means the candidate will now lose the allotted seat. However, there is no guarantee of getting a higher option.

Update the fee payment status in your CLAT account.
Candidates must note that they will be considered for an upgrade only if they have completed the above-mentioned process.
Exit from CLAT admission process
This option is available for those who are no more looking for admission to any of the NLU. Exercising this option will forfeit the claim of the candidate for any seat allotment from the CLAT consortium.
The candidate will lose the currently allotted seat and will not be considered in the subsequent round of the admission process.
