NEW DELHI: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will issue the pass certificates of the candidates who qualified in the Foreign Medical Graduate Exam (FMGE) December 2022 session from March 6 to April 15, 2023. The pass certificates will be issued in-person to the candidates. FMGE December 2022 result was declared on February 4, 2023.

The pass certificates will be distributed at the NBEMS office located in PSP Area, Sector-9, Dwarka, New Delhi. Candidates eligible for pass certificates can download the entry slip available on the official website – natboard.edu.in by using their roll number and date of birth. Candidates will have to carry the print out of the entry slip to seek entry at the office.

The entry slip will include the date and time for the collection of FMGE pass certificates. Candidates will be required to bring the original documents mentioned in the information bulletin as well as the entry slip.

“The FMGE Pass certificate will be issued only on production of prescribed documents and on verification of identity, including biometrics/Face ID. The Pass Certificates shall not be issued to any authorized representative or any person other than the candidate himself/herself under any circumstances,” said an official notice from NBEMS.

The board asked candidates to report to the office strictly as per the assigned time to avoid crowding. Those candidates who do not report at the assigned time slot on the assigned day will have to wait for their turn depending on the vacant slots.

NBEMS asked candidates who fail to collect their FMGE pass certificates on the assigned schedule due to some exigency not to turn up on any other day of their choice. Such candidates will have to seek NBEMS approval for a revised schedule by sending a request at the Communication Web Portal (CWP).

“Candidates are advised to make their return journey travel arrangements for the end of the certificate collection day, considering any unforeseen issues in verification of identity and documentation,” NBEMS further said.
