NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi, has announced the GATE COAP 2021 round 4 seat allotment today, June 18. Candidates can now check the GATE COAP 2021 seat allotment results through Common Offer Acceptance Portal (COAP) - coap.iitd.ac.in. To check COAP seat allotment 2021, students have to login to the portal using the GATE registration number without paper code and password. Candidates can accept an offer till June 20.

How to check GATE COAP seat allotment result?

  • Visit coap.iitd.ac.in.

    Apply to Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham M.Tech 2024

    M.Tech/M.Arch Admissions OPEN
  • Login using GATE registration number without paper code and password.

  • The GATE COAP 2021 seat allotment will be displayed on the screen.

  • Check all the details carefully.

Note that a candidate can select a maximum of one offer out of all available offers in each round. Candidates have to select one option from the following:

Option 1 - Accept and Freeze - Candidates have to select this option if they are willing to accept one of the available offers and does not like to be considered for upgrading to higher preferences.

Option 2 - Retain and Wait - This option indicates the partial acceptance to any one of the available offers. Selecting this option means that candidates would like to be considered for upgrading to a higher preference, if any.

Option 3 - Reject and Wait - Candidates are not willing to accept any of the offer(s) of admission/ job in the current round.

After making the final choice, candidates have to complete the submission procedure by clicking the 'Submit' button. Not completing the submission procedure will be treated as a candidate has not accessed the COAP.

Students who select the “Accept and Freeze option” are required to visit the Institute's MTech admission portal for the subsequent admission/ joining procedure.

The authorities released the GATE COAP 2021 seat allotment for round 1, 2 and 3 on May 11, June 4 and June 11 respectively. The round 5 of seat allotment is scheduled to be held from June 25 to 27, 2021.

Common Offer Acceptance Portal (COAP) is a common platform that allows the filling of MTech seats in the participating institutes. This portal is also used for all the participating PSU's to upload their job offers to the GATE qualified candidates.
