IGNOU 2022 admission for July session ends today; Apply at ignou.ac.in

NEW DELHI: Today is the last date to apply for admission to Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) for the July session. Applications are invited for IGNOU admissions 2022 for UG and PG programmes online and ODL mode except for certificate and semester-based programmes.

Candidates can visit the official website - www.ignou.ac.in to apply for fresh admissions. First-time applicants must create an account by registering themselves on the IGNOU admission portal.

It is advised to go through the complete eligibility criteria before applying for admission. Upon successful registration to the programme, candidates have to submit the pre-requisite fee to confirm their IGNOU admission 2022.

‘In a particular admission cycle, the facility for fee exemption available to SC/ST students can be claimed for one programme only. If an applicant submits more than one application claiming fee exemption, all the applications shall be rejected,’ reads the notification available on the official website.

How to apply for IGNOU admission 2022?

• Go to the official website - ignou.ac.in.

• On the home page, click on ‘Register Online’ followed by ‘Fresh Admissions’.

• Select ‘Click Here for New Registrations.’

• Enter all the required details in the given fields. Select the username and password.

• Now, log in again using the same username and password.

• Select the programme and submit other required details.

• Take a printout of the application form for future reference.

IGNOU has also announced the exam dates for December 2022 term-end examination. The IGNOU 2022 December TEE will be held from December 2, 2022 to January 5, 2023.
