IIFT MBA Entrance Test 2022: Registration to start tomorrow; Check documents required for exam registration

NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA), the conducting body of IIFT MBA entrance exam 2022, will open the IIFT registration window tomorrow, September 1. The IIFT MBA exam form will be available at the IIFT NTA website, iift.nta.nic.in. As per the notice issued by the institute, IIFT 2022 registration can be done in online mode till October 15, 2021. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree apply for the IIFT exam 2022. The application fee for the General category is Rs 2,500 and for the reserved category, it is Rs 1,000. IIFT 2022 exam date is December 05, 2021. The complete schedule of IIFT will be released by NTA tomorrow.

“NTA will release an official notification for IIFT’s CBT for MBA (IB) 2022-24 programme in newspapers across the country in last week of August 2021/ first week of September 2021”, the institute has said. The computer-based test will be conducted in 68 different cities across the country.

Documents/ Information to be kept ready before filling IIFT application form 2022

Candidates are advised to keep all the following documents ready with them before registering for IIFT MBA IB 2022.

• Scanned copy of passport size photograph (Black and white)

• Scanned copy of candidates signature

• Scanned copy of category certificate

• Scanned copies of 10th, 12th, and graduation certificates

• Government photo ID proof

• Credit/ debit card or net banking details

How to fill IIFT registration form 2021

Step 1: Visit the official website, iift.nta.nic.in.

Step 2: Click on the "Fill Online Application Form" and select new registration

Step 3: Fill in the basic details and submit the NTA IIFT form

Step 4: Enter password and choose a security question

Step 5: Note down the system generated application number

Step 6: Use the IIFT application number to login again to complete the IIFT registration process

Step 7: Upload the scanned photo, signature and other documents

Step 8: Pay online IIFT registration fee and click on ‘Submit’

NTA IIFT Application Form Fee 2022

The IIFT application fee 2022 has been increased to Rs 2,500 from Rs 2,000 for General/ OBC candidates. However, there is no increase in fee amount for SC/ST candidates (Rs 1,000). The IIFT exam fees can be paid via credit card/ debit card (VISA/ Mastercard), net banking or mobile wallets (Paytm/ UPI).

In IIFT 2021 MBA IB exam,

• The number of male applicants were 22,742 and female applicants, 10,651.

• The number of male candidates who appeared for the test were 19243 and female candidates, 8701.

IIFT 2022 Registration: Key points to remember

• IIFT exam application form must be filled completely and correctly. Any form that contains incorrect information will be rejected.

• Candidates must provide valid email ID and phone number in the IIFT exam form 2022 as all the details will be conveyed through these.

• No field marked red and mandatory must be left vacant as it will not allow to move to the next part in IIFT MBA IB application form.

• Upload clear images of documents required.

• Cross-check all the information entered before the final submit of the application form of IIFT.

• The IIFT application form 2022 will only be accepted after the payment of IIFT exam fees.
