IIIT Hyderabad to conduct exam today for PG admission

NEW DELHI: Amid all the odds the nation is facing due to Covid-19, the International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Hyderabad will conduct the examination for PG admissions on June 24. The Post Graduate Entrance Examination (PGEE) will be conducted from 3 pm to 6 pm at various cities of the country, including those in high hit states Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and Delhi.

The entrance examination is for M.Tech, M.S. and Ph.D. programs offered by the institute. The institute will offer admission in M.Tech programs in 3 disciplines, M.S. in 5 disciplines and Ph.D.in 9 disciplines through IIIT Hyderabad PGEE.

Admit cards for all the registered candidates to appear in the examination was released on June 15. Registered candidates can download their hall ticket for examination using their User ID and Password. Students who qualify the exam will have to appear for the interview before being finally considered for admission. Apart from postgraduate courses, IIT Hyderabad also offers UG courses in 2 disciplines of engineering (B.Tech).
