IIM Udaipur Placements 2023: Highest package at Rs 36 lakh per annum; Increase in average salary

IIM Udaipur placements 2023 recorded 100% placements with average salary at Rs 20.3 lakh per annum. Companies like Accenture, Adani group, etc, participate.

NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Udaipur concluded it's final campus placement process for its two-year MBA programme students. Out of the 301 students seeking placement assistance, the institute recorded 100% placements with the highest package being Rs 36 lakh per annum.

According to the IIM Udaipur final placement report, the institute showed an increase of 14% in the average salary received by students with Rs 20.3 lakh per annum. The average CTC of top 10% offers was at Rs 32.32 lakhs per annum. In addition to this, a 16% increase was seen in the median salary, as compared to last year. Three students bagged international offers.

The top 25% of the batch received an average salary offer of Rs 28 lakh per annum and the top 50% bagged an average of Rs 24 lakh per annum. IIM Udaipur also witnessed an increase of 29.5% in pre-placement offers (PPOs) through summer internships. The banking, finance, security and insurance (BFSI) was the highest recruiting sector, followed by consulting and technology sector.

Companies that participated in the IIM Udaipur placement 2023 included- Accenture Strategy, Amazon, Bain and Company, Bajaj Auto, BNY, IBM, Kearney, Cisco, Ernst & Young, Goldman Sachs, General Electric, JPMC, McKinsey, Pidilite, PWC, Wells Fargo, and others. Some of the new recruiters included Adani Group, Bank of America, Clearing Corporation of India, Everest Group, Godrej & Boyce, Orient Electric, SBI Capital Markets, Schneider Electric, Shalina Healthcare, State Street, and Times Group, among others.
