NEW DELHI: Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) today said it has not issued the admission schedule for the academic year 2024-25. The board’s statement has come in response to complaints and news reports highlighting unauthorised admission activities. TSBIE urged students not to take admission in junior colleges prior to issuance of the schedule.

The board has received complaints regarding pre-admissions and misleading testing procedures conducted by certain private junior colleges. “These reports also suggest the involvement of PROs in the admission process,” it said.

The board is conducting the provisional affiliation process for the academic year 2024-25. Once the process is completed, the list of provisionally affiliated junior colleges will be displayed on the official websites of TSBIE, tsbie.cgg.gov.in and acadtsbie.cgg.gov.in. It advised the parents to ensure that the students take admission only in the affiliated colleges.

Appropriate actions will be initiated as per the applicable provisions. Hence, ensure the strict compliance of your institution with the rules and regulations,” TSBIE said.

The board directed the district intermediate education officers to strictly comply with the norms. TSBIE conducted Telanagana Intermediate 1st and 2nd year annual examinations 2024 from February 28 to March 19.
