NEW DELHI: The JEE Main 2023 BArch and BPlanning results 2023 are awaited. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has not yet announced the Joint Entrance Examination-Main (JEE Mains 2023) session 2 paper 2 result date. However, as per past trends, the JEE Main BArch results 2023 are expected to be out by the second week of May.

The NTA has declared the JEE Main results 2023 for session 2 paper 1 BE, BTech on April 29 on the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in. A total of 43 students secured 100 percentile in JEE Mains April session BE, BTech paper whereas only 20 students got a perfect NTA score in session 1 held in January. Singaraju Venkat Koundinya from Telangana secured JEE Main AIR 1 in session 2 paper 1 exams.

The JEE Main session 2 paper 2A and 2B was held on April 12. The January session results of paper 2 were declared 20 days after the paper 1 results were announced. Therefore, it is expected that the JEE Main BArch, BPlanning results 2023 for session 2 will be declared on May second-week for over 46,000 students applied this year. Along with the results, the NTA will also upload the JEE Main 2023 paper 2 final answer key at jeemain.nta.nic.in or nta.ac.in.

How will JEE Main paper 2A, 2B scores be calculated

The NTA score is calculated similar to the session 1 results. JEE Main session 2 Paper 2A (BArch) or Paper 2B (BPlanning) was conducted in multi-shifts. Therefore, the NTA scores will be calculated corresponding to the raw marks secured by a candidate. The calculated NTA scores for all the shifts will comprise the NTA scores for each of the three parts - mathematics, aptitude test, and drawing test or planning-based test - and the total in B Arch or BPlanning of session 2.

The JEE Mains rank will comprise All India Rank and All India category rank. “A copy of the JEE Main final scorecard 2023 will be sent to the registered e-mail address of the candidates,” the NTA said
