Students can now apply for admission to UG programme in JK Lakshmipat University, Jaipur in the Integrated Communication Design programme in the undergraduate level.

NEW DELHI: JK Lakshmipat University, Jaipur is now all set to introduce an Integrated Communication Design programme at the undergraduate level from August 2021. Students can now apply for admission to UG programme in online mode by visiting the official website - jklu.edu.in. Students will be offered admission based on the selection evaluation criteria.
Eligibility criteria for BDes programme
It is mandatory for aspiring students to meet the prescribed eligibility criteria before applying for admission. JK Lakshmipat University eligibility criteria for admission in BDes programmes are mentioned below.
General category candidates must secure at least 50% aggregate marks in Class 12 or equivalent from a recognized Central/State Board/University in India or in any foreign country accepted by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). However, ST/SC candidates with minimum 45% aggregate marks can apply for admission.
Aspiring students appearing for the final exam of Class 12 in 2021 can also apply for admission.

Students will be offered admission at JKLU after a series of selection evaluation procedures. The selection procedures for admission in the Integrated Communication Design program at JKLU are as follows.
Students will be given admission based on their score in UCEED and NID DAT, however, if the candidate has not appeared for any design entrance test at the national level, then they have to appear in the JKLU Design Entrance Test (DET).
Eligible candidates will have counselling and interaction with the JKLU admissions team.
The shortlisted candidates after the written test will have to undergo the portfolio-based interview round.
