NEW DELHI: The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) will begin the registration for the stray vacancy round of state NEET PG counselling 2023 from 2 pm today, October 16. Candidates who have not registered can register for the final round of counselling till tomorrow, October 17. The registration link will be available at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.

Informing about the stray vacancy round, KEA said in an official notice that the list of un-allotted PG medical and dental seats will be displayed on the website after 11 am today. “The seats arising as vacant after the mop-up round would also be added,” it said.

These medical and dental seats will be on offer in the stray vacancy round for candidates who have qualified National Eligibility Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET PG), deposited the original documents, and paid the caution deposit but were not allotted a seat in the previous rounds. KEA asked such candidates to enter their fresh choices on or before October 18.

Candidates registering fresh will be required to deposit the original documents to KEA and pay the caution deposit tomorrow, October 17 and then enter the options by October 18.

The seat allotment result for the stray vacancy round will be published on October 18 after 8 pm. KEA informed that candidates who are allotted a seat in this round will have to pay the prescribed fee in the form of a demand draft which has to be submitted on October 19 from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm in KEA.

“After submission of demand draft towards the fee, they should collect/download the admission order and report to the college or or before October 20, 4:30 pm,” KEA further stated.
