NEW DELHI: The Karnataka Examination Authority is going to conduct the Karnataka PGCET 2021 exam today, November 13 for MTech courses. The Karnataka PGCET exam 2021 will be conducted in two shifts, morning (10:30 am to 12:30 pm) and afternoon (2:30 pm to 4:30 pm). Students who are going to appear in today’s Karnataka PGCET 2021 MTech exam should reach the exam centre at least 60 minutes before the commencement time. Moreover, candidates must adhere to all the guidelines and instructions issued by the conducting authority.

Students are required to mandatorily carry the Karnataka PGCET 2021 admit card at the exam centre. The authorities released the Karnataka PGCET 2021 admit card in online mode on November 4. Apart from basic personal information, details regarding the allotted exam centre is also made available through Karnataka PGCET hall ticket 2021.

Karnataka PGCET 2021: Important exam day instructions

  • Candidates will have to mark correct options on the Optical Mark Reader (OMR) answer sheet, which will be supplied at the beginning of the test. The entries pertaining to PGCET No., Subject, Version code etc are to be checked twice before proceeding to mark the answers.

  • After the initial ten minutes 120 minutes will be given to a candidate for shading the answers on the bottom portion of the OMR answer sheet. Aspirants should be careful while shading as answers once marked cannot be changed.

  • Students should carefully read all the instructions mentioned in the Karnataka PGCET 2021 carefully.

Note that candidates with valid GATE score will be given first preference for admission to all M.E. / M.Tech / M.Arch courses. Such candidates need not appear for PGCET 2021. However, such aspirants should have applied online for admission. When GATE qualified candidates are not available, seat allotment will be made to non-GATE candidates based on the merit list of PGCET 2021.
