NEW DELHI: The Commissioner for Entrance Exam (CEE) Kerala is conducting the KEAM entrance exam 2023 today, May 17. The KEAM exam 2023 comprises two papers: KEAM physics and chemistry paper, or paper 1, was conducted from 10 am to 12:30 pm; KEAM maths, or paper 2, will be conducted from 2 pm to 5:30 pm.

After the completion of KEAM exam 2023, CEE will issue the KEAM answer key 2023 on the official website of CEE at The candidates can choose to raise objections to the answer key for the KEAM 2023 question paper. To do this, the candidates will be required to submit relevant documents proving the objections along with Rs 100 fee per objection through demand draft in favour of CEE.

The official notice states that candidates will not be allowed to raise objections through email or fax.

KEAM Exam 2023: After Paper 1 and Paper 2

After the exam, the counselling process will begin which starts with a “mock round” followed, typically, by three phases. By Phase 3 of seat allotment, most BTech seats are assigned.

CEE issues lists of KEAM cut off for engineering colleges for various categories of students, those taking admission in open seats based on the “state merit” lists as well as those going into reserved category seats. The rank list will be issued on 50:50 weightage of results of KEAM 2023 and the final marks obtained in the qualifying exam of maths, physics and chemistry by the candidates.

The result will be declared on or before June 20 while the rank list will be published on or before July 20.

Documents to be submitted for verification during the admission process:

  • Datasheet of KEAM 2023 issued by CEE

  • Certificate to prove Date of Birth

  • Original Mark List to prove academic eligibility

  • Pass Certificate (if obtained)

  • Allotment letter issued by the CEE

  • Originals of all the uploaded documents
