NEW DELHI: The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, is expected to announce the MAH CET exam date 2021 soon. The schedule of MBA MAH CET 2021 will be released on the official website, The Maharashtra CET 2021 is likely to be held on September 26.

Maharashtra Common Entrance Test 2021 for MMS/MBA admission will be conducted as a computer-based (CBT) across 48 test cities. The MAH CET 2021 question paper will have questions from four sections, namely- Abstract Reasoning, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, and Quantitative Ability. Candidates will have to answer a total of 200 questions in 2 and half hours (150 minutes). There is no sectional time limit, and candidates can switch between the sections as per their preference. For every correct response, candidates will get one mark, and there is no negative marking for incorrect answers.

What is good score in MAH CET

There are more than 330 management institutes in the country that accept MAH CET scorecards. To clear the MAH CET cut off of top MBA colleges such as JBIMS, SIMSREE, K J Somaiya, PUMBA, N L Dalmia, DSIMS, Dy Patil etc, candidates must score 99+ percentile. :

How to prepare for MAH CET 2021 in these last few days

  • Make sure the MAH CET 2021 syllabus is covered

  • Revise important concepts and theorems on a daily basis. Make sticky notes for revision

  • Solve sample papers and take the MAH CET mock test every day to analyze performance. Focus on weak areas and work on them accordingly

  • While preparing for Abstract Reasoning section- solve variety of questions and find out shortcuts to answer the questions quickly

  • For the Quantitative Aptitude (QA) section, revise each and every formula. Focus on getting the maximum number of questions correct. Candidates can resort to the previous year MAH CET question papers to understand the type of questions asked in the exam

  • To prepare the Logical Reasoning section - one should solve at least 15-20 questions every day to increase the speed

  • For Verbal Ability, experts say reading newspapers, online blogs, magazines is the key to ace it. Apart from that, candidates should revise grammar rules and word usage whenever they get time
