NEW DELHI: The State CET Cell, Maharashtra has commenced the second round of counselling for MH CET law for 5-year LLB, today, December 29, 2021. The last date to register for CAP round 2 is January 2, 2022. Candidates who have not participated in round 1 Centralized Admission Process (CAP), or those who have applied for betterment after round 1 seat allocation can register for the second round of counselling.

MH CET law counselling process - Round 2 process

Candidates can participate in CAP round 2 by registering at the counselling portal. The counselling includes the following steps.

  1. CAP registration, document submission

  2. Option exercise and changing the options

  3. Document verification

  4. Release of alphabetical merit list and final merit list

  5. Declaration of seat allocation

Candidates who have applied for betterment need not register for CAP round 2 separately. They can edit their CAP application form and change their preference.

How to participate in CET counselling for round 2

  • Visit the official counselling portal for 5-year LLB

  • Click on the new candidate registration link

  • Enter CET registration number and roll number

  • Fill the CAP application form and upload the relevant documents

  • Given college preferences and submit the counselling fee

The expert committee of CET Cell will conduct an e-scrutiny of documents uploaded by the candidates, from December 30 to January 5, 2022. The alphabetical merit list for round 2 will be published on January 7, 2022. Candidates included in the alphabetical list will be considered for round 2 seat allocation. The result of seat allocation for round 2 will be declared on January 18, 2022.
