NEW DELHI: The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell will close the MHT CET 2023 registration window today, April 7. The MHT CET application form 2023 was released for the BE, BPharm and agriculture programmes on March 8. Candidates who are interested can register on the official website, mhtcet2023.mahacet.org.
Online registration and confirmation of MHT CET application form on website with additional late fee of Rs 500 for all categories will begin on April 8 and will conclude on April 15, 2023.
Candidates seeking admission to first-year engineering and technology degree courses will have to appear for physics, chemistry and mathematics (PCM).
Those who wish to pursure pharmacy, PharmD degree courses will have to mandatorily appear for physics, chemistry as well as mathematics and/ or biology (PCB).
As per the MHT CET syllabus 2023, approximately 20% weightage will be given to Class 11 curriculum and 80% weightage will be given to Class 12 curriculum while setting the question paper.
There will be no negative marking, however, the difficulty level will be at par with the JEE (Main) for mathematics, physics, chemistry and the difficulty level for biology will be at par with the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET), the MHT CET notification 2023 read.
