NEET 2021 application form last date extended till August 10; Apply at neet.nta.nic.in

NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the registration dates for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2021. Medical aspirants will now be able to fill the application forms till August 10, 2021, on the official NTA website - neet.nta.nic.in or nta.ac.in.

The NEET 2021 exam is scheduled to be held on September 12 in pen and paper-based mode. The medical exam will be conducted in 13 different languages to grant admission to 83,075 MBBS, 26,949 BDS, 52,720 AYUSH, 525 BVSc, and AH seats.

NEET 2021: Steps to fill the application form

Aspirants can check the steps to fill the NEET 2021 application form below.

• Visit the NTA official website - neet.nta.nic.in

• Click on the 'Fill application form'

• In the new page, click on the 'New registration'

• Read the instructions carefully before filling the form

• For NEET registration, submit your personal details to generate the application number and password

• Then, login using the application number and password to fill the application form

• In the NEET application form 2021, fill personal, academic and contact details, choose exam centres, select dress code

• Upload the passport and postcard size photograph, signature and left hand thumb impression as per the specifications

• Pay the NEET application fees of Rs. 1,500 for general candidates, Rs. 1,400 for EWS and Rs. 800 for reserved category candidates in online mode

• Download and print the confirmation for future references

NEET 2021 documents required to fill application form

To fill the application form of NEET 2021, candidates must have the following documents:

• Aadhaar card number

• Class 10 and Class 12 certificates

• A valid government-issued identification number like passport number, ration card number or bank account.

• Scanned documents of passport-size photograph, signature, left-hand thumb impression, Class 10 pass certificate and postcard size photograph

• Credit/Debit card, Net Banking, UPI payment gateway details.
