NEW DELHI, May 9: The National Board of Examinations (NBE) has released the revised result cum scorecard after the official announcement of the lowered cutoff for NEET PG 2019. As per the official notice, those candidates who have secured the revised qualifying scores will be eligible to participate in the counselling conducted by Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).

However, MCC will only be conducting the mop-up round and a stray round of counselling. The notice confirms that Individual scorecard will be released soon which will allow the eligible candidates to participate in the counselling process. All interested candidates will be required to download their respective scorecards from the official website ie., nbe.edu.in as it will not be sent individually.

Revised result of NEET PG 2019

The central government in consultation with Medical Council of India (MCI) had revised the NEET PG cut off lowering it by six percentile opening the gates of opportunity for numerous candidates who could not participate in the counselling process before. The percentile and the scores have been lowered to fill the seats that are left vacant after the conclusion of the second round of counselling.


Only a mop-up round a stray round will be conducted by MCC for which interested candidates will have to download fresh scorecards issued by the authority. The mop-up round is scheduled to be conducted on May 13, 2019. Ministry through their twitter handle had directed the state governments to issue revised merit list for other 50% state quota counselling. All the state counselling authorities have been advised to grant MD/MS admissions on the basis of revised cutoff percentile.
