NEW DELHI: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has started the registration for the mop-up round of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduate and Masters of Dental Surgery (NEET PG and MDS) counselling on the official website - On the other hand, the choice filling will be available from July 14. Aspirants will be able to register and fill their choices for mop-up round till July 16, 2020.

The mop-up round counselling is only conducted for vacant seats left in deemed/central universities, ESIC and AFMS colleges. The payment and choice locking facility will be available from 03:00 PM of July 16, 2020, till 11:55 PM. NEET PG and MDS mop-up round is conducted for admission to vacant seats in Master of Surgery (MS), Doctor of Medicine (MD), PG Diploma and MDS courses.

  • Visit the official website of MCC- and click on the new registration link

  • Enter your stream (medical/dental), exam roll number, application form number, name of the candidate, date of birth, security pin, and other asked details.

  • Enter personal, academic, NEET PG/MDS, communication, and other asked details.

  • Pay the fee in the online mode using net banking, credit/debit cards.

  • Take two or three printouts for future references.

How to fill and lock the choices?
Aspirants are required to fill their choice of colleges by clicking on the add 'plus’ button for every option. It is to be noted that the seat allotment will be conducted on the basis of these choices, therefore, it is extremely important to pick the choices carefully and as per the preferences. While filling the choices, aspirants will be able to move the sequence of their options by using the up and down button. Click on the 'save and next' tab to lock your selected options. If aspirants fail to do so before the given date and time, then the options will automatically be locked on the last date.

Seat allotment process
After the completion of the registration process, the authority will conduct the seat allotment process for NEET PG/MDS 2020 mo-up round from July 17 to 18 and will release the result on July 19, 2020. Those who will be allotted seats in the mop-up round will need to report to the allotted college online/physically from July 20 to 26, 2020.
