NEW DELHI: Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has started the second round counselling registration for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduate and Masters of Dental Surgery (NEET PG and MDS). Shortlisted and eligible candidates can participate in the MD/MS/PG Diploma and MDS counselling through registration process. The choice filling and locking is crucial after the registration process. The last date of NEET PG/MDS counselling registration and choice filling is June 9, 2020.

Eligibility criteria for counselling
PG medical and dental graduates can check the eligibility criteria to apply for the second round of seat allotment process.

  • Aspirants who joined the seats allotted in round one and wish to appear for subsequent rounds of counselling.

  • Those who declined to join the seats in the first round and wanted to take part in the second round.

  • Candidates who have not been allotted a seat in the previous round.

Steps for counselling registration
Here are the steps to be considered for registration of round two counselling.

  • Go to MCC official website -

  • Click on new registration link

  • Enter the stream, roll number, application number, name, date of birth, contact and other required details

  • Then, fill the personal, education, NEET PG/MDS, contact and other asked information

  • Upload the required documents asked

  • Pay the registration fee in online mode via net banking, debit and credit cards

It is mandatory to check details filled during counselling.

After NEET MD/MS/MDS counselling registration
Once the registration is done successfully, aspirants need to provide their preferences of colleges as well as specialisations in which they need to take admission into. The choice filling and locking can be done from June 4 to 9, 2020. In case, if aspirants forget to lock the choices filled, the preferences submitted will be locked automatically. The result of NEET PG medical/dental seat allotment will be released on June 12, 2020, in PDF format.
