New Delhi, June 21: The University of Delhi will be closing its application window of DU 2019 admission tomorrow, i.e., on June 22. The process of registration and online window of filling the application forms started from May 30. Aspirants, who have not registered for various UG and PG programmes offered by the university, still have time to register themselves. Earlier, the scheduled deadline for filling the DU application form 2019 was June 14. Due to the plea filed against the varsity, DU admission committee decided to extend the last date for the registration procedure.
Recently, DU made changes in its degree admission criteria for UG programmes due to the petition filed in Delhi HC. Therefore, the candidates are advised to check the DU eligibility criteria properly before filling the application forms.
Steps to fill DU application form 2019
Step 1. Visit the official website of DU (www.du.ac.in/adm2019)
Step 2. Click on ‘UG Online Registration’ or ‘PG Online Registration’ accordingly
Step 3. Register yourself by filling in the details
Step 4. Log in using the login credentials and fill in the application form
Step 5. Upload the required official documents
Step 6. Preview the filled-in application form.
Step 7. Pay the requisite fee
Candidates are suggested to print out multiple copies of DU application form which will be useful for DU admission process, even in the latter stages.
About DU admission 2019
The University of Delhi organizes admission process, every year, for the candidates who wish to seek admission in its various UG and PG programmes. The UG admissions are done based on the cut off lists released by the university. While, for PG programmes, the university will hold Delhi University Entrance Test (DUET) from June 30 to July 05. After the conduct of DUET, the university will release various admission lists which will include the names of the eligible and selected candidates. To bag themselves a seat, the candidates will be needed to visit the campus of the respective college and submit their original documents along with remitting the admission fee.
