IGNOU begins re-registration process for July 2020 session

NEW DELHI: Indira Gandhi National Open University has started the re-registration process for the July 2020 session through the Samarth portal.

Students can access re-registration form either by directly visiting www.ignou.samarth.edu.in or through the official website of IGNOU.

IGNOU students are required to fill the re-registration form to register themselves for next semester or year, depending upon the nature of the programme. The last date of re-registration is June 30.

However, the re-registration process for programmes such as MSW, MTTM, Integrated BCA-MCA, BCA, all management programmes and BA, B.Com, B.Sc (January 2019 session) will commence from April 25.

During the re-registration process, students can choose their courses and select the mode of study material supply. One can either opt for digital or printed copies of study material. They can also change their address, study centre and regional centre.

The re-registration fee can be paid through credit card, debit card, net banking and UPI (including BHIM app)

It must be noted that it is mandatory for every student to create a new user account, despite having an existing account in the old portal.
