NEW DELHI: With the release of DU second cut off by the colleges affiliated to Delhi University, there have been discrepancies in the DU cut off data 2020 for some colleges. To address the discrepancies in the DU second cut off data, the varsity has released corrigendum for some of its colleges on its portal - du.ac.in.

The colleges with incorrect data pertaining to DU 2020 second cut off lists includes Delhi College of Arts & Commerce, Kalindi College, PGDAV (Evening), Gargi College and Sri Venkateswara College.

According to the corrigendum released by the Sri Venkateswara College, "The UG admission for B.Com (Hons) under EWS category at Sri Venkateswara College for second cut off was inadvertently posted as 93.50. It may be read as 97.50 instead of 93.50 for the second cut off."

Furthermore, admission to BA(Hons) Economics at Gargi College was closed in the first round itself, however, the cut off data in round two still reflected that admission to this course as open with the second cut off 96%.

The corrigendum by Gargi College reads, "The admission in EWS category of BA(Hons) Economics has been closed for the second cutoff list for Merit-Based Under-Graduate Admissions 2020-21, which was inadvertently declared as open at 96% on October 17, 2020."

PGDAV (Evening) too had discrepancies in the cut off data. The college had released incorrect DU cut off data for round 2 for two BA programmes. The college had released cut off marks for all categories in round two for two BA programmes, while admission was closed in the first round itself.
