NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency will commence the February session of JEE Main 2021 from tomorrow, February 23. JEE Main 2021 February session exam will be conducted from February 23 to 26 in two shifts each day. Shift 1 of the JEE Main 2021 exam will be held from 9 am to 12 pm and shift 2 from 3 pm to 6 pm.

As the JEE Main 2021 exam is going to commence from tomorrow, candidates should know the common mistakes that they must avoid on the exam day. Check the five mistakes to avoid on JEE Main 2021 exam day here.

JEE Main 2021: 5 mistakes to avoid

Reach before time- Candidates are advised to reach their allotted JEE Main exam centres before the reporting time in order to avoid the last-minute rush. As candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam hall after the reporting time, they should reach their allotted JEE Main 2021 exam centres before the time.

Carry JEE Main 2021 admit card and original photo ID proof- The most important documents to carry to the exam centres are the JEE Main admit card 2021 and an original photo Id proof. Candidates should download their JEE Main 2021 admit card through the official website and carry it to the exam hall. Valid ID proof can be PAN Card/Driving License/Voter Id/Passport/Aadhaar Card/Ration Card, etc.

Do not forget the undertaking form- Another most important thing that candidates should not miss out on is the “JEE Main 2021 Undertaking/self-declaration form”. NTA has released the form along with the JEE Main admit card and candidates have to download it and fill in details like travel history, COVID-19 positive history, whether suffering from fever or having any such symptoms, etc. No candidate will be allowed to appear for the exam without “JEE Main 2021 Undertaking Form”.

Other Important things to carry- Other than the above documents, candidates claiming for PwD reservation must carry their PwD certificate. Candidates should carry Face masks, gloves, hand sanitizer to the exam hall.

Do not Panic- Now when the exam is so near, candidates should not lose their calm and should not take any stress.

As per The Times of India, More than 21 lakh students have registered for JEE Main 2021 exam and out of this, around 6.6 lakh have registered for the February session.
