NEW DELHI, July 6: Office of the Chairman, NEET UG Medical and Dental Admission/Counselling Board and Principal & Controller, SMS Medical College and Hospital, Jaipur, has released the provisional seat allotment result (round 1) for MBBS/BDS admissions on July 5, 2019. The allotment letter for the same is also available for download on the official website. 3621 applicants have been allotted seats as per the seat allotment list. Candidates who have been allotted seats have to report to the allotted colleges within the stipulated time; at the time of reporting, one must bring along one’s allotment letter and below mentioned documents. Seats will only be confirmed upon document verification and completion of other admission formalities.
How to download result and allotment letter?
Candidates have to follow the steps given below to download the MBBS/BDS 2019 provisional seat allotment list (round 1) and their allotment letter:
Visit the official website
In the pink bar on the page candidates will find ‘Provisional Allotment List (Round 1)’. By clicking on it the allotment list will get downloaded.
After checking for their names candidates have to click on ‘Download Provisional Allotment Letter (Round 1)’
Fill in the required details in the next page and download your allotment letter.
What after this?
Candidates after downloading the allotment letter next have to report to their allotted colleges on the assigned day for document verification. The following documents have to be produced at time of reporting.
1. NEET 2019 Score Card
2. Allotment Letter
3. Mark sheet of Class 12 or its equivalent
4. Mark sheet of Class 10
5. Date of Birth Certificate
7. Certificate/ Document providing your eligibility as selected by you at the time of filling online
registration form- (I to XI)
8. Copy of photo ID
9. Caste certificate, if applicable
10. Domicile certificate, if applicable
11. Four (4) Passport size photo same as affixed on registration form
12. PH certificate, if applicable
13. WDP / WPP certificates, if applicable
14. Bond as per the applicable Proforma
15. Any other relevant certificate(s)
Apart from the above documents, also bring 2 printouts of the registration form filled online.
Terms and conditions under the bond
The candidates who have been allotted seats in Government Medical Colleges are required to compulsorily serve the State Government after their course completion. They have to sign a bond of Rs.5 Lakh for the same. In the scenario a candidate leaves the course midway, he/she has to pay the bond amount. Similarly there is a bond for Government Dental Colleges and also for private colleges
