NEW DELHI: The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) has announced RBSE Class 10th results 2023 for 10,41,373 students. While announcing the result, the state education minister BD Kalla said that the Rajasthan Board has decided not to release the RBSE Class 10th toppers list 2023 to avoid 'misuse' of students. “Board is an autonomous body and it has decided not to release the list of toppers. Due to misuse of toppers students, we have stopped releasing toppers list,” Rajasthan education minister BD Kalla said. “If needed, we will ask the board to release the list of toppers,” he said at the RBSE Class 10 result 2023 press conference.

In April, the Rajasthan chief minister Ashok Gehlot announced that the state government will be providing free education for students under 25% EWS quota in private schools up to Class 12.

As per the 10th results 2023 Rajasthan Board, out of the 10,41,373 students appeared in the exam, 9,42,360 were declared pass. Compared to last year, the overall pass percentage has improved by 7.6 points.

Rajasthan education department also shared WhatsApp number for parents to report violation of RTE guidelines. The Department of Education, Rajasthan in a tweet said: “Under the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 (RTE) in the state, Rajasthan school on the instructions of Government Secretary, School Education Department, Naveen Jain, to redress the complaints of parents related to the admission of RTE session 2023-24 in non-government schools.”

Along with the helpline number, 'Whatsapp' numbers have been issued by the education council. Parents can contact 7014812375 and 7014878012, to raise complaints along with necessary documents. “On the other hand, in case of any kind of inconvenience, the parent helpline no. You can contact us on 0141-2719073 and 0151-222140,” the tweet read.
