REET Result 2021: Discrepancies in scores? Candidates can file complaint by November 13

NEW DELHI: The Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan (RBSE) has asked candidates to file a complaint if there are any discrepancies in their REET 2021 result declared online on November 2. The grievance on Rajasthan Eligibility Exam for Teachers (REET)-2021 results can be registered by November 13 on the official website, rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in, News18 reported.

Candidates who appeared in the RBSE REET 2021 exam held on September 26, 2021, can also check their results using their roll number and date of birth at reetbser21.com for both levels - level I and II. The authorities have also provided two separate links to register complaints for REET 2021 level 1 and level 2 results.

Candidates can also apply on the official website in case of error in language or area of specialization or anomalies in their REET results.

The board has released a “video help for grievance on results” on the official website. Candidates can also check the steps given below to register their complaints.

REET result 2021: How to register grievance on results

  • Visit the official website, rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in or reetbser21.com
  • Enter candidate’s name, roll number mother’s name, father’s name, date of birth,
  • Submit the OTP received on registered mobile number or email address
  • Grievance page will be displayed on the screen
  • In case of an error in language, subject, area of specialization, candidates can make the changes.
  • Enter booklet series code and booklet number
  • Now, select the grievance
  • Upload OMR, booklet front page
  • Press “Confirm” button and download for future reference

Several irregularities and negligence came to light in the conduct of the REET exam this year. Subsequently, several persons including police constables were arrested and the state government suspended a Rajasthan Administration Services (RAS) officer, two Rajasthan Police Services (RPS) officers, a head constable, two constables and over a dozen personnel of the Education Department, as per PTI report.

On October 10, the alleged mastermind behind the REET paper leak case, Batti Lal Meena, was arrested in Uttarakhand's Kedarnath along with another person, police said.

Candidates qualifying REET level I 2021 will be eligible to become teachers in Classes 1 to 5, and clearing level II will be eligible to teach Classes 6 to 8. This year, around 16 lakh candidates appeared for the REET exam 2021.
