NEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will conduct the SSC MTS 2021 exam for paper 1 across various exam centres in India. Candidates appearing for the SSC MTS 2021 must know the dos and don'ts at the exam centre, so that they are safe from any kind of unpleasant situation. The dos and don’ts for the SSC MTS exam include what are the documents which the candidate must carry, and know the reporting time.

Also candidates who will appear for the SSC MTS 2021 exam, must be aware of what they should not carry to the test centre. The SSC MTS paper 1 exam will be held in three shifts in online mode from October 5 to November 2, 2021. SSC released the SSC MTS admit card 2021 for each region separately.

SSC MTS 2021 Do’s and Don'ts - What to do at SSC MTS exam centre?

  • Carry the SSC MTS admit card along with one government issued valid photo-identity proof like Aadhaar card, Driving license, Voter ID, Passport, PAN card, etc. Candidates are also advised to carry one recent passport size photograph.

  • To combat the spread of COVID-19, candidates will have to carry a hand sanitiser, wear double mask, wear hand gloves if possible, carry a transparent water bottle which should not be shared with anyone, and maintain social distance at the exam centre.

  • It is always advised to reach the SSC MTS exam centre at least 30-40 minutes before the reporting time to avoid roadblocks, traffic and find the exam centre easily. This will also give candidates plenty of time to relax and stay focussed.

  • At the exam centre, aspirants must support the SSC MTS hall staff in security checkups and not create panic situations.

What not to do at the SSC MTS exam centre?

  • Wearing jewellery to the exam centre is not allowed.

  • Don’t carry any electronic or wireless devices such as a smartphone, bluetooth earpiece, or smartwatch.

  • Do not get involved in cheating, copying notes at the exam centre, it will lead to temporary or permanent suspension, might also attract legal action and also affect candidate's future attempts in the SSC MTS exam.

The Mutli Tasking Staff (MTS) exam is being conducted to fill in various vacancies for the post of Peon, Gardener, Watchman, Junior Operator, Gate Keepers and Draftary etc. It is one of India's most popular competitive exams in terms of number of applicants received. The reason being that the SSC MTS eligibility criteria is 10/10+2.
