UGC NET Application Form 2021: Make corrections before last date at ugcnet.nta.nic.in

NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the UGC NET application form correction window on September 12, 2021 (tomorrow) at 11:50 PM. NTA opened the UGC NET correction window 2021 on September 7, 2021 (4:30 PM). Candidates who filled the UGC NET 2021 application form successfully can visit the official website - ugcnet.nta.nic.in to make modifications in UGC NET application form (if needed) by tomorrow as this is the last chance provided by the exam authority and no further correction or modification queries will be accepted.

NTA released the UGC NET application form on August 10, 2021 for December 2020 and June 2021 cycles and the last date to apply for UGC NET 2021 was September 5, 2021. Candidates who applied for NTA NET 2021 exam can download the UGC NET admit card which will be released tentatively by the last week of September 2021.

UGC NET 2021: Steps to make correction in application form

• Visit the official website - ugcnet.nta.nic.in

• On the homepage, click on the UGC NET correction window 2021 link

• Enter UGC NET application number and password for login

• Click on the lUGC NET 2021 application form correction tab available on the page

• After reading the instructions, make relevant changes (if required)

• Click on ‘Submit’ button

• After reviewing the corrections in UGC NET application form 2021 carefully, C=click on the Final Submit button

• Pay the additional fee (if applicable)

• Take a printout of the application confirmation page as per the changes.

What’s new in UGC NET 2021?

This year, NTA has merged the UGC NET December 2020 and June 2021 cycles together to regularise the UGC NET exam session. According to the UGC NET exam date 2021, the NTA NET exam 2021 for December 2020 and June 2021 cycles will be conducted together from October 6 - 8, 2021 and October 17 - 19, 2021. NTA has also extended the upper age limit for JRF to 31 years for this session only.
