NEW DELHI: The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) has declared the West Bengal HS result 2023 today, May 23. This year, the overall pass percentage of Class 12 students is 89.25%. A total of 8,52,444 students enrolled for the West Bengal Class 12 exam. Of total, 8,24,891 students have been declared pass. The overall pass percentage of girl students is 81.26% and boys recorded 91.86%.

Last year, the overall pass percentage of Class 12 stood at 88.44%. Boys were ahead of girls as they secured 90.19% while the pass percentage of girls was 86.19%. Adisha Debsharma topped the exam and Sayandip Samanta grabbed rank 2. A total of 272 students ranked in the top 10 positions last year.
