NEW DELHI: The Bar Council of India (BCI) has opened the objection window for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 17, 18 exams 2023 today, January 5. Candidates who appeared for the entrance exams can raise their grievances/inquiry relating to AIBE 17, 18 exams on the portal, aibe.smartexams.in.

The council has announced the procedure to raise grievances against exams on the official website, allindiabarexamination.com. Candidates should note that the grievances regarding exams if raised on the other mode such as email, written application will not be entertained.

BCI has increased the passing marks for AIBE examination this year. The qualifying marks for AIBE 18 has increased to 45% for general and OBC category candidates and 40% for SC and ST candidates.

Meanwhile, the council is expected to announce the result as well as the final answer key for the AIBE 18 exam soon. Candidates who have appeared in the exam can download the result and final answer key by entering their regitration number and date of birth on the official portal.

AIBE 17, 18 Exams 2023: How to raise grievances

Candidates can follow the easy steps given below to raise objections related to AIBE 17, 18 exams online.

  • Visit the provided link: https://aibe.smartexams.in/index.php
  • Click on "Incident," where you will find a tab named "Submit Incident."
  • Click on "Submit Incident," and you will be directed to a page where you can raise your query by filling in your details.
  • The subject of the incident should be "AIBE-XVII" if you are a candidate of AIBE-XVII. For AIBE-XVIII candidates, the subject should be "AIBE-XVIII."

The council conducted the AIBE 18 exam 2023 on December 10 at various exam centers across the country. Candidates were allowed to raise objections till December 20, 2023. The final answer key will be prepared after considering the objections raised by the candidates.
