NEW DELHI: The Bar Council of India (BCI) will declare the All India Bar Examination (AIBE XVII 2023) results by March-end or first week of April. Law aspirants who appeared in the AIBE 17 2023 held on February 5 will be able to check the result on the official website, allindiabarexamination.com.

“AIBE 17 results 2023 will be declared by the end of this month or maybe in the first week of next month (April),” Careers360 contacted BCI helpdesk.
Candidates will also be able to download the AIBE 2023 qualifying certificate from the official website, allindiabarexamination.com.
The council allowed candidates to raise objections against the AIBE 17 answer key 2023 till February 20. Although the BCI official website earlier announced to declare results after February 20, it did not inform about the AIBE 17 result date.
The Supreme Court which was hearing a petition against the issues concerning the Bar Council of India five days after the exam was conducted. The top court, however, upheld the powers of BCI.

Those candidates who qualify the AIBE 2023 exam will be awarded the Certificate of Practice (COP) law in India. General category candidates will have to secure a minimum passing mark of 40%, while SC and ST candidates should score 35% to qualify the Law exam.
