NEW DELHI: The last date to submit the application form of AIBE XVI (16) 2021 is likely to be extended. In this process, the conducting body, the Bar Council of India will release a revised schedule for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) XV(16) 2021. The exam date may also be announced in the revised schedule.

The statement issued by the council on July 13, 2021, reads, “The last date for registration for AIBE-XVI is likely to be extended. Kindly wait for further notification on our website.”

As per the current schedule, the registration window for AIBE will be closed today, July 15, 2021. However, by extending the deadline again, candidates will have more time to complete their application process.

In order to fill AIBE XVI (16) application form, candidates have to follow the steps mentioned below.

  • Visit the official website of AIBE XVI (16) 2021

  • Click on the registration link given for AIBE XVI (16) in the notification section

  • Register using bar council enrollment number

  • Fill the application form by entering all relevant information

  • Complete the application process by submitting the registration fees

AIBE XVI (16) 2021 has been postponed repeatedly by the council. Originally, it was scheduled to be conducted in the third week of March 2021.

About AIBE

It is conducted twice every year by the Bar Council of India, in offline, pen and paper mode. Only LLB graduates can appear in AIBE or bar examination. Those who clear AIBE are awarded a Certificate of Practice which makes them eligible for practising law in any court of India.
