AIIMS PG 2019: Final registration process begins; Know details to apply online

NEW DELHI, March 23: AIIMS, New Delhi has begun the final registration process of AIIMS application form. Only those candidates who have successfully completed the basic registration form will be able to fill the final registration form until April 2, 2019. The aspirants are required to generate the unique code in order to proceed to the final registration process. The authority has extended the last to generate the code from March 14 to April 2, 2019. The final registration process consists of four steps that can be checked by the candidates here.

Steps to follow:

1. Enter Qualification & Address Details: In this step, candidates are required to fill particular details of the qualifying examination, internship, MBBS academic details and medical registration details. The permanent and correspondence address also has to be submitted.

2. Payment of Application Fee:  Candidates can pay the fee only in the online mode via net banking/credit card/debit card. It is advisable to take a printout of the receipt which has the Unique Registration Number as it could be useful in the further admission process. Candidate belonging to unreserved and OBC category are required to pay Rs 1500/-. SC and ST category candidate will need to pay Rs 1200/-. PwD candidates are not required to pay the application fee.

3. Choose the Exam Centre: After paying the fee, candidates are required to choose their exam centre. A list of exam centre will be available for the candidates to choose from. The exam centres have to be filled in the order of preference. The authority will allocate centres to the candidates on a first-come-first-served basis. Choices of city submitted by the candidates cannot be changed later.

4. Print the Application Form: After completing the steps, candidates will obtain a registration slip. Candidates’ personal and educational details and uploaded images will be mentioned on the registration slip. Candidates must take a print out of this slip for future reference. No change of details will be permitted once the application form has been submitted.

The hall ticket will be issued in the second week of April to the candidates who will submit the final registration form successfully within the stipulated time. AIIMS New Delhi will conduct entrance examination for admission to MD/MS & MDS programmes (July Session) on May 5, in online mode. Admissions are being invited for 515 MD/MS/MDS/DM/MCh seats at AIIMS New Delhi, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Jodhpur, Patna, Raipur and Rishikesh campuses.
