AP ECET counselling 2023 to begin soon; registration process, documents required

NEW DELHI: The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education will conduct the Andhra Pradesh State Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP ECET) 2023 counselling soon. APSCHE will announce the AP ECET 2023 counselling schedule online on the official website, ecet-sche.aptonline.in.

The AP ECET 2023 result was declared on July 2. The authorities conduct the counselling process every year after the declaration of the result. Those candidates who qualifed the AP ECET 2023 exam which was held on June 20 can participate in the counselling round. AP ECET 2023 counselling will be held online.

The AP ECET counselling process consists of several steps, including fee payment, certificate verification, candidate registration and choice filling. The seat allotment is based on the candidate's rank, preference and seat availability. If there are any remaining vacant seats after the completion of the regular counselling process, a spot round of AP ECET 2023 counselling will be conducted to fill those seats.

AP ECET 2023 Counselling Steps

• Payment of Counselling Fee: Candidates need to pay the counselling fee through the designated mode of payment. The fee amount will be specified by the authorities.
• Document Verification: Candidates have to attend the document verification process at the designated help centres. They need to carry the required documents in original and photocopies for verification.
• Registration and Choice Filling: After document verification, candidates have to register online for AP ECET 2023 counselling. During registration, it is necessary to provide the preferred choices of colleges and courses.
• Seat Allotment: Based on the candidate's rank, preferences and availability of seats, the authorities will allot seats. The seat allotment result will be published online.
• Reporting and Confirmation: Candidates who are allotted seats have to report to the allotted college within the specified time period. Candidates need to confirm their admission by submitting the required documents and payment of the admission fee.
• Spot Counselling: In case there are vacant seats after the regular counselling process, a spot round of counselling may be conducted to fill those seats. Eligible candidates can participate in the spot counselling process.
