AP PG medical online registration begins; read about application process here

NEW DELHI, March 25: Dr NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS), Vijayawada released the online application form for AP PG medical admission 2019 on March 25, 2019. In order to participate in the admission procedure, candidates are required to register themselves online till March 30, 2019. The admission process in the state of Andhra Pradesh will be conducted for seats offered in various government and private medical colleges. The seats have been divided in State quota and management quota which includes the NRI Quota as well. The admission will be done on the basis of NEET PG score and the preferences given by the candidates in the counselling process. It is essential to meet the eligibility criteria as laid down by the authority in order to fill the application form. Candidates can check the eligibility criteria and steps to fill the form here.
Eligibility criteria to apply

Candidate should have done MBBS from an Institute located in Andhra Pradesh state to be eligible.

Compulsory Rotatory Internship must have been completed on March 31, 2019.

Candidates already pursuing an MD/MS/PG Diploma course must discontinue the course to participate in the current admission procedure.

Candidates must be registered with the State Medical Council/Medical Council of India.

Candidates must have secured the minimum requisite percentile
Steps to apply
Step one - Registration: Candidates need to register by entering details like NEET PG Roll No., NEET PG Rank, Date of Birth, and Mobile Number. If the details are correctly entered, Click on ‘Validate’ button. The registration number will be sent on their mobile number.
Step two- Login: Candidates need to login by entering login credentials like Registration no. and Roll No.
Step three- Filling the application form: In this step, the candidate’s personal and academic details has to be filled. There is also a provision of the ‘Save & Exit’ button if a candidate wishes to exit. Otherwise, the candidates can click on the ‘Save & Pay’ button to proceed.
Step four- Pay application fee: The application fee can be paid only through Credit Card/Debit Card/Debit Card+ATM Pin/Internet Banking. The registration fee is Rs 3,500/- for OC/BC candidates and Rs 3,000/- for SC/ST candidates.
Document verification
Those candidates who will successfully submit the application form will be called for document verification process which is scheduled to be conducted from April 2 to April 5, 2019. The said dates for document verification are only for PG medical admission and the authority is yet to release the dates for MDS course. The provision list will be released on March 31.
