AP PGECET 2025 answer key at 4 pm today; qualifying marks for MTech, MPharm, PharmD admissions

Andhra University, Visakhapatnam will publish the Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (PGECET 2025) provisional answer key today at 4 pm. The AP PGECET answer key challenge facility will also be made available on the official website, cets.apsche.ap.gov.in/PGECET/.

Andhra University, Visakhapatnam on behalf of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) conducted the AP PGECET 2025 for admission into MTech, MPharm, PharmD (PB) courses in engineering and pharmacy colleges approved by All India Council for Technical Education for the academic year 2025-26.

The AP PGECET 2025 exam was conducted as a computer-based test (CBT) from June 6 to 8 in 18 exam centres across the state.

AP PGECET 2025 qualifying marks

As per the PGECET question paper pattern, the CBT exam was held in English medium with 120 multiple-choice questions (MCQs). The total marks for PGECET is 120 marks. Every correct response will fetch one mark and there will be no negative marking for incorrect answers.

The qualifying percentage of marks for obtaining a rank in AP PGECET-2025 is 25% ie., 30 marks out of a total of 120. However, in the case of SC, ST candidates, there shall be no minimum qualifying marks for ranking the candidates, the council said.

“The rank obtained with the benefit of relaxation of the minimum qualifying marks at the APPGECET-2025 by any candidate claiming to belong to SC/ST category will be cancelled in case the claim is found to be invalid at the time of admission,” it clarified.
