APPSC AEE application form 2019 available from Dec 3; apply before Dec 24

NEW DELHI, DECEMBER 3: Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has released the application form of APPSC AEE on December 3, 2018. Candidates can fill APPSC AEE application form online till December 24. The last date for fee payment is December 23 (till 11:59 pm).

To apply successfully for the exam, candidates must fulfil all eligibility criteria prescribed by Andhra Pradesh PSC. According to APPSC AEE eligibility criteria, candidates must be citizens of India and should be between 18 and 42 years of age to apply for the exam. Candidates’ age will be calculated as per age attained on July 1, 2018.

To fill APPSC AEE application form, candidates can follow the steps below:

• Candidates applying for the first time should fill OTPR application to generate OTPR ID

• Login to the application window using OTPR ID and password

• After logging in, click on ‘Online Application Submission’

• Click on payment link and fill the payment form

• Save and click on application payment link

• Check and verify information displayed on screen

• Proceed to fill additional details including domicile status, white card details, etc.

• After filling, submit the payment form

• On submission, payment reference ID will be generated

• Click on ‘OK’ and proceed to pay the fee

• After payment of fee, candidates should check the application

• Provide details if required

• Submit the application form

• After submission, Application Receipt will be generated

• Save and print copy of application receipt for future reference

After submission of the application form, candidates will be able to make corrections in the same. Candidates who notice discrepancies in information furnished in the application form can rectify the same by making payment of Rs. 100 for every correction. It should be noted that changes appealed for candidates’ name, fee and age relaxation will not be permitted by the Commission. APPSC will not entertain request for rectification made after 15 days from the last date of application form submission.

The fee is bifurcated into two parts – application processing fee and examination fee. Candidates will need to pay Rs. 250 as application processing fee while Rs. 120 should be paid as exam fee. Candidates belonging to OBC, ST, SC and PwD categories are exempted from paying the examination fee.

However, such candidates will need to pay the application processing fee. The application fee can be paid using online payment method - net banking, credit/ debit card.

Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission conducts APPSC AEE to recruit candidates for the posts of Assistant Executive Engineers (AEE) in various engineering services. For the year 2019, the authority has announced 309 AEE vacancies. The recruitment exam will be held online on April 1 and 2. If the number of applicants exceeds 25,000, APPSC will additionally conduct a screening test on February 10 to shortlist candidates for the online exam.
