NEW DELHI: The Army Institute of Law (AIL), Mohali, is set to release a detailed notice for admissions to the five-year Bachelor of Legislative Law (LLB) course and the one-year Master of Laws (LLM) programme for the academic year 2024-25. Eligible candidates will be able to fill out the registration form on the AIL's official website, ail.ac.in, once the notification is released.

“Detailed schedule of Law Entrance Test and AIL Prospectus for Academic Session 2024-25 will be uploaded on the Institute website in the first week of Apr 2024,” the official notice read.

The Law Entrance Test (LET) for admission to the Army Institute of Law is scheduled to be held on May 25, 2024. The LLB programme offered by AIL has a seat intake of 100 students. Out of this, 75 seats are reserved for wards of army personnel and five seats in the all-India category.

Additionally, the institute has announced that admission to 20 seats for Punjab residents in the civil category will be conducted through a centralised online counselling system, following the directives of the Punjab government.

To be eligible for admission, candidates should have secured a minimum of 45% marks in their Class 12 from a recognised board.

AIL-LET 2024: Exam pattern

The LET 2024 exam will consist of four sections and will be held for a duration of two hours in a single shift. Candidates can check the LET 2024 exam pattern from the table given below.
