Assam CEE 2020 to be held on September 20; check guidelines here

NEW DELHI: Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU) is going to conduct Assam Common Entrance Exam (Assam CEE) on September 20. The Assam CEE 2020 exam shall be conducted offline as a pen and paper based test across 9 exam centres in Assam. Assam CEE is an undergraduate entrance examination conducted in English and Assamese.
Assam CEE admit card 2020 was released on September 15 in online mode on the official website. Candidates can still access the same by visiting the official website at astu.ac.in and logging in using their application number and password. Candidates have to mandatorily carry the hall ticket along to the examination hall along with a government issued photo ID proof.
Exam Day Guidelines
Candidates appearing for Assam CEE 2020 may take note of the following:

Revise thoroughly before appearing for the examination

Candidates have to reach the exam centres according to reporting time provided in admit card to avoid crowding

Candidates will be provided face mask, alcohol based hand sanitizer and hand gloves which should be used all the time.

Also, temperature check will be done at the entry using thermo guns

Duly fill the self declaration form provided in the admit card of Assam CEE 2020.

Carry the Assam CEE admit card and a valid photo ID proof along to the examination hall.

Candidates are not allowed to carry certain things in the examination hall like electronic gadgets, etc.

Those with mild symptoms of COVID-19 will be seated in separate rooms for Assam CEE 2020

Parents/ guardians of candidates will have to leave the exam centre premises after dropping their wards.

Candidates are advised to maintain social distancing throughout the day until you reach back home/ place of stay
