NEW DELHI: The Directorate of Medical Education, Assam, has opened the registration window for the state NEET UG counselling 2023. The eligible candidates can apply at the official website – dme.assam.gov.in.

The Assam NEET UG counselling 2023 process started on July 25. The registration window will close at 11:55 PM on July 29. The candidates will be able to fill their preferred list of institutes on July 31 and August 1. The seat allotment list for the Assam NEET UG counselling 2023 will be issued on August 4.
The candidates will have to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 500 to complete the registration process. The Assam NEET UG counselling 2023 is being held for admissions to medical and dental colleges of the state, using the score of National Eligibilty-cum-Entrance Test, NEET 2023.

- Applicants can follow the steps given below to apply for the counselling process.
- Visit the Directorate of Medical Education’s official website -- dme.assam.gov.in.
- Click on the registration link on the homepage.
- Generate login credentials by clicking on ‘new registration’ link.
- After logging in using the credentials generated, fill the application form.
- Add personal, academic details and upload required documents.
- Submit the application and pay the registration fee.
- Download the confirmation page for future reference.
