Assam PG 2019 medical counselling Round I to be conducted from April 3-5

New Delhi, March 28: The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Guwahati will conduct the first round of Assam PG 2019 medical counselling and spot admission in three phases from April 3-5. The first phase of counselling will be conducted on April 3, phase two on April 4, and the third and final phase on April 5. For each phase, candidates have been put into different groups based on their rank in Assam PG 2019 state merit list, which is prepared using NEET PG 2019 scores.

The counselling process is conducted in offline mode from 10.30 am onward, so eligible candidates need to report in person at the venue on the assigned date.

Assam PG medical 2019 Counselling and seat allotment rules:

• A candidate who has taken admission to the allotted seat can’t change his/her subject or college under any circumstances

• Candidates who have applied for 3% bonus marks shall not be eligible for 3% bonus if they haven’t qualified NEET PG 2019.

• The break-up of seats will be displayed at the counselling hall.

• The admission fee is around Rs, 30,000

• Candidates who are employed with the government will be admitted provisionally. Such candidates need to obtain a release order within 15 days from the date of admission.
